I am still awake. Have been sleeping too much these few days. The weather is too good for me to spend my days lazing on my bed. I have just completed writing a simpler version of a guidebook of how to use the cash registry. Totally lame. Lols. Sometimes i help out @ my uncle's pastry shop, therefore knowing how to operate this machine is a must. This machine totally defeats me. I rather operate the HPLC then this man. When my uncle was out to run some errands, i have to take care of the whole shop myself. Actually, he never really teaches me how to use the machine, so being an initiative worker, i took the thick manual of the cash registry. It totally freaks me out. I read the whole thing thrice! But i don't' understand a single thing. To tell you honesty, it is really difficult to work with him. Do all chefs have bad tempers peeps? He cant' really entrust me with his errands as i have poor sense of direction you see. So he left with no other choice but to ask me to tend the shop for him. So finally when he sees that i am freaking out when he ask me to tend the shop for him two days ago, he decided to teach me patiently. So here i am writing a simpler guide of using this cash registry. :))

Speaking of this uncle of mine, he is another awesome person that i admire. Hmm. Is the word 'awesome' appropriate on him. He has bad tempers, impatient and certainly likes to break promises to his nieces. So why do i admire him? He don't' have a high education qualification. He is not handsome. He is not rich. But he persevere in whatever he do. He is always not afraid to try, not afraid to fail and definitely, humble when receiving comments regarding his pastry. He always tell me life is all about trying. When he told us that he has an intention of setting up a pastry kitchen one day, most of us discourage him and that includes his parents. However, he tries his best and effort to set up the shop. Although this little shop of his is not as famous, but the least is, he got the recognition of most people around him and I am proud of him.
